你有腰窩嗎?水蛇腰、馬甲線都可以利用運動的方式鍛鍊出來,但是Dimples of Venus(維納斯的酒窩)之稱的腰窩卻是無法鍊出來的,它與酒窩一樣是先天上的缺陷,而這性感的缺陷統計只有3%的女性才會有。

在臀部接近尾椎的連接處,有2個像酒窩一樣凹下去的地方稱為腰窩,在醫學上又稱為「麥凱斯菱」,因為身體構造的不同,有腰窩的人這邊的肌肉較薄,才會產生凹陷。因為腰窩很少見,又被藝術家稱為「聖窩」,被當作身體的性感之眼,在美術界中腰窩代表最理想的身材標誌。

「性感之眼」因為是先天上的缺陷,不管是男是女都有可能出現,只是比例極少,因此許多男性認為腰一定要有腰窩才性感。但腰窩可不是瘦子、美女的專利,大多是因為遺傳才會出現,就算是較胖的身材也是可以看見腰窩的。

就算天生沒有腰窩,只要後天努力就好,因為後腰主要是淺層脂肪,就算用運動方式也不太可能練出來,但現在與馬甲線一樣,可以利用手術雕塑出腰窩。只要在腰部抽出一些脂肪,就可以輕鬆打造身體的性感之眼了。

女人們都有過為了變美而減肥的經驗吧?!雖然嘗試過許多花招,但體重就是怎麼樣也掉不下來,不過你有沒有注意到,其實不良的生活習慣在不知不覺中也會阻礙減肥計畫。「睡眠」就是其中之一,多項研究發現,睡不飽會變胖是真的,睡眠不足不但導致你的減肥計畫失敗,甚至會讓老化速度加快。

到底為什麼睡不飽會變胖呢?最大的原因就是因為睡眠不足導致卡路里攝取過量,而卡路里消耗機能卻降低,這是造成肥胖的最主要兩大因素。在睡不飽的狀態下,大腦會感到處於「危機狀態」,這時候促進食慾的飢餓激素會增加分泌,而負責提高飽足感的體瘦激素則是會減少,自然會比平常更想吃東西,熱量也會攝取更多。
現在針對睡眠和肥胖問題的研究也越來越豐富,根據不同國家的研究,像是美國睡眠研究專家透過實驗發現,當睡眠被剝奪,白天又不能補眠的狀態下,受試者在缺乏睡眠的時候會胃口大開,就像「鬧饑荒」一樣,即使根本不需要攝取那麼多,也會潛意識的猛吃東西。

義大利科學家也曾進行6年的追蹤調查,發現如果每天多睡1小時,肥胖機率就可以減少3成。另外,科學家也指出,睡覺的室溫也會影響肥胖機率,如果在室溫高於20℃的環境中睡覺,會比睡在低溫環境的人,肥胖機率高出將近一倍。
不過這項數據還是會隨著各國地理位置不同而異,台灣肥胖醫學會蕭敦仁醫師說,台灣最舒適的室溫其實是在25℃左右,但是低於25℃會不會導致肥胖,至今台灣雖然還沒有研究證實,不過室溫影響肥胖機率已經是個值得注意的問題了。

睡眠時數也跟體重有關係,根據研究發現,平均睡7個小時,體重是最輕盈、最好的,但並非過瘦;睡5~6個小時的肥胖機率是7小時的兩倍,但睡8小時以上的肥胖機率卻是3倍。不管是睡太少還是睡太多,都會導致肥胖,因此,睡眠時數最好適量即可,睡飽了就應該立刻起床,別賴床,否則會越睡越胖。
醫師建議,台灣人每天最佳的平均睡眠時間約7個小時,上班族因為工作關係即使無法睡足7小時,也至少要睡滿6小時才健康,而熬夜是最忌諱的,不但會變得遲鈍,也會特別想吃高熱量食物。

睡眠對人何其重要,不只是影響健康,也會導致老化。睡眠能刺激細胞更新、再生,與抗衰老的關係也密不可分。「你昨天晚上有睡飽嗎?」,這不只是打個招呼那麼簡單,而是真的很重要!想要減肥、變美麗的第一步,不妨先學習當個睡美人,在床上躺平補個眠再說吧!保持良好、健康的精神狀態,身體自然能啟動瘦身機制。
